Fujitsu MB8116E 16 kbit DRAM 200 ns. 16 pin ceramic DIP. Untested, but money back or replaced if it isn't working. I use ESD bags and equipment while shipping and handling the components to reduce the risk of damage a working component. Shipping is by letter. If you want tracking and insurance I can send it as registered letter but it will add $10 to the shipping cost. Just ask for a new invoice in that case.
