Your buying a TDK Lambda KWS15-5 which is mounted on a Perkins Elmer Power Supply Board it's input is 100-240VAC in and has 5 VDC @ 3A on the output. These were made for a project and are leftovers...never used. Digi-Key and Mouser sell the TDK-Lambda KWS15-5 module by itself for about $75 each. Thanks for looking!
