Hubbell industrial retractable reel model number GCA16350-SR. Super heavy duty and well-made in the USA. Single receptacle reel supports 50 foot 16 gauge 10A cord. Needs a power cord and extension cord, as original had been cut out. I figured I could replace missing power cords, but I'd just discount the reel and not worry about it. In used condition with some signs of wear. It had been welded in place before, and the base plate is a little bed next to the weld. It can bolt to a wall stud or concrete through the base bolt holes.
