New-old stock Philips BLW60C VHF RF transistor for Marti transmitter. Shipped by USPS. Replacement transistor for the RF output final in the Marti RPT-40 (older version) transmitter. Can replace 2N6084 and SD1278. Similar to MRF240. Rated for 40 watts output, 12 to 14 volt DC supply, usable range centered on 175mhz. Typically operated in the 150 to 170 mhz range when used with Marti equipment. I bought a large stock of these transistors a decade ago and I am now selling off some of my stock, due to the fact that I receive so few RPT-40 units for repair. Sells to continental US only.
