I have sealed packages of 3M brand High Gel Re-enterable Encapsulant 8882-1500F. It is a two-part non-urethane compound used for sealing and insulating low-voltage cable connections. It is specifically designed for outdoor and buried applications to provide moisture protection, while remaining easily re-enterable for future maintenance or changes. Two bags have the expiration date written as 22JUN02, the other 3 are 22MAY13.
