Item Tag: 7-segment LED display

exact item shown - 7 segment display, I probably purchased in 2002 to build elevator displays. bright red color, I drove it at 20ma per segment. there are no manufacturers numbers on the display modules, I think they are LED Tech, but can't be sure - you are buying one at a time, significant discounts as quantity increases. My hand drawn diagram of how the connections are made is in the second and third photo - common annode (plus side) so this is easy to drive from NPN devices or TTL logic - great for an LED clock or timer or frequency displayif you buy a lot of them (more than 8), the ebay calculated postage may be too high, contact me and I'll refund the excess.Note to me: verically in cardboard box under analyzer desk, by closet doorI normally ship within 24 hours of your order, but the post office does not always initiate tracking when I put the packages in the drop off box.
