Mitsubishi RA60H3847M1 RF PA Module, 60 Watts, 12.5 Volts, 378 Mhz to 470 Mhz 50 ohm with 50mW input RF level This module covers multi bands from 378 to 470 Mhz and is a superset of older 400-470 or 450-470 modules These modules were removed from brand new public service radios that had to have their RF power significantly reduced for special applications. In order to guarantee that their output power could not be over 1 watt under any circumstances, the RF modules had to be replaced with a custom designed one. We use proper static / ESD control all of the time. Their leads are shorter than original and there may be traces of heatsink compound. We did not use cleaners to remove all of the heatsink compound since it can attack the encapsulation inside the module.
