It consists of x4 separate plenum cables, with a nylon ripcord, within an overall yellow LS-PVC (Low-Smoke PolyVinyl Chloride) jacket. See specs in last picture. This cable is UL Listed and CMP(plenum) rated for in wall/between floors/air handling spaces.
